Celebrating Excellence: Ivanhoe Project Shortlisted in Two Prestigious Categories at Houses Awards 2024

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that our Ivanhoe project, formerly known as the Beddison Swift House, has been shortlisted for not just one, but two prestigious categories in the Houses Awards 2024.

The first short listing is in the House in a Heritage Context. This category recognizes achievement in new works and/or conservation for heritage buildings and associated landscapes for residential use.

The second short listing is in the House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres, this category recognizes achievement in the design of a renovation, extension or substantial reworking of an existing detached or semi-detached individual.

The Houses Awards, presented by Houses magazine, stands as an annual celebration of excellence in residential design across Australia. Each year, these awards highlight a diverse array of entries that offer profound insights into contemporary residential design, reflecting the transformative impact architects and designers have in shaping our living spaces.

Our shortlisting in these esteemed categories underscores our unwavering commitment to innovation, skilful execution, and respect for heritage.
