‘Superdry’ – The Japanese Fashion Brand
The ‘Superdry’ brand draws on influences from Japanese graphics and vintage Americana, with the values of British tailoring. The result is a unique urban clothing brand with an unrivalled level of detailing. This distinctiveness has gained the brand exclusive appeal, as well as in international celebrity following.
Jane Cameron Architects collaborated with Michael Jan Studio on the roll out of five new ‘Superdry’ stores in Melbourne and Sydney, with the concept design by the English retail designers Ken Sen Sen. Our role was to make sure their design meet the local regulations and the Landlord’s guidelines, and document the projects to Australian standards. We worked closely with the local Project Managers to execute the project.
