What Is The Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP)?

The Passivhaus Planning Package – more commonly referred to as PHPP – is a building performance modelling tool for designing low energy buildings.

It is a necessary element for Passivhaus design, and for Passivhaus Designers and Consultants, along with Passivhaus Building Certifiers.

It is a useful tool for designers at all design stages; with it being the main quality assurance tool for the Passivhaus and for certification.

At the backend of the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP), there is a collection of building physics algorithms. When the relevant project data is entered, it produces accurate and reliable results on how the building will perform.
